Most agencies measure success by the output, the polished report that sits on a shelf, the logo that gets applause in the boardroom. We measure success by the outcome: the feeling in the room when residents see themselves reflected in the work, the policy that actually shifts power, the program that changes lives.
We don't do performative equity. We don't parachute in with solutions we designed in a conference room three states away. We build foundations that hold weight for the people who need them most.

meet the founder
Siyanna is the founder and principal designer of Fair Ground Impact, a community design agency based in St. Louis, Missouri, that specializes in creating equitable spaces and programming through a social work lens.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Siyanna's approach to design is deeply informed by her lived experience and commitment to spatial justice. She holds a degree from Tennessee State University and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Howard University, where she's developed expertise in trauma-informed design, community engagement, and systemic change methodologies.
